The Pack Guys LLC is a California limited liability company at 915 Mateo St, Los Angeles, CA 90021. We sell wholesale pre-roll tubes and related cannabis packaging to licensed and unlicensed businesses, with a focus on California dispensaries, brands, and distributors.
Placing an order through this site (sample case, wholesale order, or quote request) creates a sales agreement once we confirm by email. Pricing displayed is in US dollars and does not include shipping, applicable sales tax, or duties.
We ship FOB our warehouse at 915 Mateo St. Title and risk of loss pass to you at carrier handoff. Lost or damaged shipments: notify us within 7 days of delivery and we work directly with the carrier on the claim.
Unopened cases of standard SKUs: returnable within 30 days for a full refund of product cost (shipping non-refundable). Defective product: replaced free of charge, including return shipping. Custom-color or printed orders are non-returnable once production starts. Sample cases (100-unit trials) are non-returnable but refundable if defective.
Our 116mm pre-roll tubes are certified per 16 CFR § 1700.20 and ASTM D3475 child-resistant standards. CR test reports and resin certificates of conformity available on request. We make no representation that our products are suitable for any particular purpose beyond standard pre-roll storage; you are responsible for confirming fit with your own product, your state packaging regulations, and your dispensary or compliance officer.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Pack Guys LLC total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to this agreement is limited to the price you paid for the specific products at issue. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, including lost profits or business interruption.
This agreement is governed by California law. Disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email to wholesale account holders at least 30 days before taking effect.
