How we handle your information. Short version: we collect only what we need to ship you tubes, we do not sell it, and we delete it when we no longer need it.
When you fill out a wholesale account application or sample order form, we collect: business name, contact name, email, phone, shipping address, and (for wholesale) trade references. When you browse, we collect basic analytics — page views, clicks, country-level location — via Google Analytics 4. We do not collect or store payment card numbers; those are handled by Stripe directly.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third-party marketers. We do not use it to retarget you across the web (we run a Meta Pixel for ad measurement only, when ad campaigns are active).
Under California CCPA and EU GDPR, you have the right to: know what we have, request a copy, ask us to delete it, and opt out of any data sale (we do not sell anyway). Email privacy@thepackguys.co with any such request and we respond within 30 days.
We use first-party cookies for session state (remembering you dismissed the promo banner) and Google Analytics cookies for traffic measurement. No third-party tracking beyond GA4 and an optional Meta Pixel for ad measurement during paid campaigns.
Wholesale account information: kept while you have an active account, deleted within 90 days of account closure. Sample order information: kept 24 months for fulfillment records, then deleted. Analytics data: 14 months in Google Analytics, auto-purged.
